Postpartum Education
Pregnancy to Parent Wellness
After birth, we offer a text-message based wellness program – Pregnancy to Parent Wellness. This program provides resources and support from your postpartum care team if concerns arise. You will receive weekly texts for the first three months after birth and monthly through 12 months.
Pregnancy Loss: Physical Healing After a Pregnancy Loss
After a pregnancy or infant loss, our care team offers resources about physical recovery, including breast changes, when your period might return and when to call your health care provider about concerning symptoms.
